Hotel Operations is one of the most important departments which are headed by the Hotel Operations Manager. This is the executive who oversees the day-to-day activities of a hotel. This is the most effective PMS because there is need for people from all over the world to access the hotel services from all parts of the world.

    I really agree with these views and my opinion is that hotels need to keep track of the actual changes but also should be able to develop their own innovations in order to increase efficiency levels. Studies show that innovations can be applied in a number of ways, but in general terms innovations are mostly seen in terms of products, processes or at administrative/managerial/institutional levels. It is easilly understood that these three issues are completely linked witht the hospitality sector and stakeholders need to be able to attend to the market’s needs. You present a case on which there is a software incorporated, which is excellent to increase the speed at which services can be provided. Even though the main objective of any business is to achieve profit, it is mandatory to increase service efficiency as it will influence customer satisfaction. And when we deal with customers we deal with a diversity of personalities, attitudes and motivations that are heterogenous. It is impossible to present an innovation that can only guarantee benefits, however. But what PMS brings is the capability to combine human resources skills with the services the hotel can provide. With specific training and motivation, HR can increase productivity levels and decrease potential costs. In conclusion, it is important to understand that at the managerial level, leaders should implement specific methodologies to increase profit levels in their business. The PMS is a technological innovation that facilitates hotels’ processes and, with the required training, staff members should be able to master the software and increase their productivity while guaranteing customer satisfaction. A satisfied customer means a high chance of returning and bringing close friends or family members, which will help the business grow in a steady pace.
